This policy explains what information JCR Consulting PA LLC, doing business as Macaw Designs (“Macaw Designs,” “we,” “us”), collects through macawdesigns.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you contact us, request a studio session, or send a project brief, we collect what you choose to provide. That can include:
- Your name, email address, phone number and company
- Details about your project, including location, scope, timeline and budget
- Drawings, surveys, photos or other files you send us
- Your preferred date and time for a studio visit
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records anonymous, aggregate information such as pages viewed, the referring website, country, and device or browser type. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally.
Third-party services
- Calendly. If you book through our Calendly link, your booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
- Google Maps. Opening our address in Google Maps takes you to Google, whose privacy policy applies.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical request data to deliver pages.
How we use your information

- To schedule and hold studio sessions
- To deliver the services you engage us for

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
When we share it
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, email and scheduling), when required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Third-party services you choose to use, such as Calendly, may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond, deliver our services, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing create@macawdesigns.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
